Today I hope to share with you some powerful words of wisdom, which stem from a message my father, Rev. Simon Ampofo, shared with us.

“You don’t always have to be one of the people mining for gold – you can be the one providing them with pickaxes, shovels and pans.” (Unless it’s galamsey, then don’t do it! Lol) ~ eboham

What I mean is this, you don’t necessarily have to be at the center of action to be successful. If you help enough people achieve success, you will be successful too.

This is the path I’ve taken, I can only suggest it to you too. Be willing to help as many people as you can on their way to success, even as you chart your course.

This is the secret to getting every fulfilment you want in life:

Find people who need help or people who are hurting in some area, and help them… ~ Rev. Simon Ampofo

In the world of business they call this “adding value;” God calls it, “thinking about Others first.”

Have you noticed that every successful business, exists only because it serves others (with their products/services)?

If you and I will make a practice of asking people how we can help, we’ll discover an endless supply of opportunity to add value. It really would be limitless.

I remember a friend of mine back at the Gaza Hostel (Nhyira), when teasing me, referred to me as the “helper of the helpless.” In fact she used to say, “Boham, he’s the verb ‘help‘ itself.”

Honestly, I didn’t really like to hear that from her. It made me feel/seem weak and undignified, like a house-help/ a ‘boy-boy.’

And sometimes that’s exactly how helping others feel, especially if they take it for granted.

Dearly beloved …Do it anyway.

They may despise your help, dishonour you, not help you back when needed, not appreciate your help …Do it anyway

Now, I realise what she said to be true.

This is one purpose of my life: to help as many achieve their life goals (to help them reach their spiritual goals and make it to heaven (Priority 1); to help as many achieve their goals to be successful; and to assist many achieve their relationship, career and health goals).

This is why Alone With God Devotional came about… because of my friends and family; and now it has expanded well beyond that. And in being a blessing to others, I am being blessed beyond imagination (I believe and thus I speak).

Remember: help as many as you can to achieve success and you will be successful yourself.

Stay blessed and kindly share with friends and family.

Oh and we have a little project from now till end of year that we’d love your support for.

We really want to create a productive workspace (like the picture below) 🤗; I believe it’s time we work on some new music and some more devotionals for the family; even publications. We’re calling it #ProjectGrace.

What we want to do is double the picture frames with scripture verses; add up a piano stand and seat at the left side and a couple of music accessories listed below. Let us know if you’d want to help setup any or all of the seemingly “little stuff” before Christmas:

  • piano-stand,
  • piano-seat,
  • wall frame(s) 🖼️,
  • study table,
  • study chair 🪑,
  • study lamp,
  • external display screen,
  • headset 🎧,
  • mini-speaker or bluetooth speaker,
  • midi-interface,
  • microphone,
  • little cables, etc… 🤗

Super grateful for your help and we pray God blesses any heart touched to give with an overflowing purse 🙏🏽 You can give via:

  • Vodafone Cash: 050 137 5689, (kindly use reference: Project grace)
  • Guaranty Trust (GT) Bank account: 304 101 149 1590
