Dear homosexuals, I understand it when you say your sexual attraction for the same sex is romantic and emotional. I understand that you feel in you a natural orientation caused by hormonal and genetic factors as proven by scientists (I read Biochemistry).

I understand that, “you feel that you’re a woman in a man’s body or a man in a woman’s body.” I mean, who am I to question what you feel inside of you? No sir, no ma’am, I understand it all. I understand that you were born that way. It’s not your fault at all; it’s not.

Which is why Jesus says, “unless a man is born again, He cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.” He understands that our human nature has been corrupted, that the original plan from the garden of Eden has been corrupted due to sin.

“Sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned. (Romans 5:12).” You see, our sinful nature is a generational and a spiritual condition that has been passed on to us. The truth is this, we were all born corruptible, we were all born as sinners.

The world views homosexuality as a personality issue and a person’s sexual preference, God views it as a sin issue. He doesn’t separate it from pride, lying, greed, murder, fornication, etc. God doesn’t excuse sin because, “it is my own body/life and I know what I’m doing; or I’m not hurting anyone.”

Consider this statement in 1 Corinthians 6:9‭-‬11…

Take note. Here Paul says, “And that is what some of you were…” This means some of the Corinthians were idolaters, sexually immoral, homosexuals, thieves, greedy before they came to know Jesus but not anymore. They were not those same people again. How so? How did the homosexual become straight?

Same way the thief stopped stealing and lying man became truthful… “But you were washed, sanctified and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.”

“For out of the heart of man comes evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, etc.” The sinful nature of our body is what causes us to desire to lie, steal, fornicate, be abusive, be adulterous, murder, be with the same sex, be with an animal, etc.

We are all born alike, prisoners of sin, everyone’s a bit different, but each prisoners of our own appetites; only Jesus can save us! I am no better than you are because I sin differently, but I accepted God’s free gift of salvation and I’ve been born again. My desire for sin has been turned to a desire for life in Christ.

So no, we’re not here to attack you, on the contrary, we share this out of love. It will be wickedness on our part to watch any soul perish in hell; love speaks truth. We’re only here to explain to you that being born again applies to you as it did to us and as it does to the fornicator, the murderer, the arrogant, the envious, every other sinner.

This is why Jesus came to die for us all. Because our human nature is flawed and of a corruptible seed. And just as the prostitute who encounters grace escapes the punishment of his/her sin and finds salvation; and his/her desires for that former life is transformed, so will you if you accept this free gift of salvation and be born again by the Spirit of God.

True liberation comes from encountering grace. For God so loved you and I, that He sent His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish (trapped in a prison of sin), but have everlasting life.

Jesus calls out to you today, to come as you are, leave Him to do the liberation and transformation, will you receive Him into your life?

Let’s pray, “Lord Jesus, I thank you for dying on the cross to save me. I admit I am a sinner and I want to be free from this prison of sin. Birth me again by your Spirit, make me a new creation and come be the Lord of my life. Thank you for saving me.”

Heavenly Father, we commit these loved ones who have taken this bold step to receive the gift of salvation. Thank you that this is for your good pleasure for they are also bought with the precious blood of Jesus. We pray and break every bondage of sin that holds them bound. Set them free and let them be liberated. May they find joy, love, fulfilment, hope, and life in you, in Jesus’ name we pray, Amen!

Congratulations!! You are born again. Heaven greatly rejoices because of you right now, and we rejoice with them. Join us as we walk this new path together, do get in touch and let us walk this path with you. God bless you and do share with others.
