See these beautiful fruit arts? They’re well decorated and certainly edible. Fruits are enjoyed by all but particularly adored by people seeking to live healthy lives.

It is said that, “an Apple a day, keeps the Doctor away” (use and iPhone daily? Lol no)

But in similar light, to enjoy a healthy spiritual life, we need a fruit basket.

“But the Fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self- control; against such things there is no law.

The Bible is giving us the prescription to a healthy spiritual life. God desires to see these fruits in our lives.

You must let go of worry and let His peace fill you up.

Be faithful in your relationships, be gentle in speech and conduct, spread out love to others, develop self-control(crucial in this age), be slow to anger, be kind to others. This is true Spirituality.

“And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.”

You see, when we take in a fruit diet, we deny our bodies the juicy fat and carbohydrate meals that are unhealthy.

In same light, we also ought to crucify (deny) our flesh with its passions and desires; crucify the lust of the flesh, lust of the eye, and the pride of life. Kill them from your life.

Every nice lady/guy you see, your mind and body gets excited, crucify it!

You’re so proud, you look down on others with overweening pride, passing disparaging (belittling) comments here and there; you judge others saying:

“He’s not good/ he’s a sinner/ she’s the bad girl;”

Crucify that and look for an opportunity to introduce them to Jesus.

Never say, “It is my body/life, I can do whatever I want to satisfy it.

No dear one, God doesn’t excuse sin because it is your life and nobody else is getting hurt.

Nor does He excuse sin because you desired it strongly. Let us starve the flesh and feed the Spirit.

“Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.”

Finally, we must learn not to provoke others to anger nor envy the blessings of another – be content with what you have.

Godliness with contentment is great gain. You’re on your own path, you will get to an expected end!

Remember, the Holy Spirit is the one who bears these fruits in us. He teaches us all these and constantly replenishes our fruit basket.

You need to make time to communicate with Him and to heed to His still small voice when He speaks.

Can you hear Him? He is speaking today, what fruits are you going to bear? Speak to Him now.

Stay blessed and do share with all your friends and family.
