Dear future wife,
Another one gone… *sighs*
Truly hasn’t been the best of times lately,
Is this how the first big blows go usually?
Hmmm, thought man was tough, but I guess not really…

Still have so many questions to ask God, you know;
“Why’s; How’s; What if’s; What’s in these?; What do you mean?”

Don’t worry, He can handle them all;
He said I can in His Word, so yeah He can too:
my hurt and frustrations, my distress; and how I feel these are just awful happenings…

Heaven’s gain; yes… but the pain!
You’ll smile again; yes… but am I allowed to complain?
You know the sun will shine after the rain;
yes, I know, I know…
but I’m bleeding now and I’ve got to say it; I’ve got to be plain

“Help Lord help! Please…”

This young man under construction is broken;
Not one loss, but two? Possibly even three or more? Multiple areas?
Come on, come on now…

Even Mary mother of our Lord would lament for me;
Mr Job, I’m not so sure; that man lost quite a Lot more…

“But please help me when I cry, Oh Lord, hear my heart’s desires
I’ve come to you today because only you can save…

Please comfort my heart and take away my worries;
Wipe these tears away, and heal this heart I pray.”

Dear future wife,
I’m not insane; no, I got my intact brain (I think);
It’s just that my heart is not made of porcelain and I want to know if I can bargain…

Cos sometimes, just sometimes, I feel constrained;
You know, like I’m not supposed to let it out;
and if I did then it can’t be contained and I might need to be restrained?

God knows I usually like things to be explained;
but for this, I just need to be sustained…

So Father, help me to guard my troubled soul,
By constant active self-control,

Clean up my thoughts, my speech, my play
Lord keep me pure from day to day [Refiner!]”

My faith I will retain,
In life, in love, in virtue and many more things to attain,
I believe all I’ve lost I will someday regain,
Not just in heaven, but here on Earth’s domain.

All [even good people] shall pass away, but the Word of the Lord will remain!
Another one gone, becomes another One gained… [Jesus!]

If you find yourself in a similar situation as we have been, we want to pray with you that the light of God’s presence shines on your situation.

“Dear Lord, we ask that you reach out to our brethren who are going through one struggle or the other; struggles and circumstances they can’t even voice out to others.
Thankfully, you see all and know all and can solve all. We ask for your light to shine through that darkness and save them from, and/or sustain them through.
Thank you for your light that the darkness cannot comprehend! Thank you for your salvation, in Jesus’ name we pray, Amen!”

If you don’t know Jesus for yourself, that prayer can only be short-lived. You must ask Jesus to come into your heart and life. You have to pray a prayer like this (below) and mean it from the bottom of your heart:

Please friend, please put any pride aside and let’s pray:

“Dear Lord Jesus, I come to You in my pain, a lost and troubled sinner with no hope of Heaven. Today, I repent of my sins and ask for your forgiveness. I believe with all my heart that You died on the cross and rose up again for my sins and my despair.

I open my heart to You and receive You as my Lord and personal Saviour. I receive this great love you have for me. Please take control of my life and make me what You want me to be. From today, I have hope, for I am Yours and You are mine. Thank You, Father for this wonderful gift of salvation. Amen.”

Congratulations!! You found true love and everlasting life with your choice!
